Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Hudson OH USA, born in 5-1-72.

My goals are: To eventually do a triathlon

My other favorite activities include: baseball, basketball.

    Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I have currently been biking on a dual quad (Bike) with my disabled son. It is a recumbant side by side….works the abs and upper thighs.
